This page states who sells on Japanese Jesus, what a buyer pays, and how delivery and returns work.

- Prices
- The price shown on each product page is the full price, tax included. Checkout charges that price and does not add a separate tax line.
- Other charges
- Standard shipping is ¥1,200. Shipping the framed poster to Japan is ¥4,600. Shipping that poster to other countries is ¥1,200. There is no handling fee and no card surcharge. If a carrier charges customs duty or an import fee outside Japan, that charge belongs to the buyer.
- Payment method
- Shop orders are paid by credit card through Stripe. One-time support and memberships are processed by Buy Me a Coffee, a third party, not by this site's Stripe checkout.
- When you are charged
- A shop order is charged when you place it. One-time support and memberships are charged by Buy Me a Coffee when you pay there. A membership renews on Buy Me a Coffee until you cancel it there.
- Delivery
- Physical goods are printed on demand by Printful after payment. Production is typically 3–5 business days, and delivery is typically 5–10 business days after production. These are the site's usual estimates, not a guaranteed date. When a digital file is sold, it is sent by email after payment.
- Returns and exchanges
- If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, write to hello@japanesejesus.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund the item price and the shipping charged for it. Each physical item is made after the order, so we do not accept a return or exchange for a change of mind, a different size, or a different color. Digital goods, when sold, are not refundable through this site. One-time support and memberships are processed by Buy Me a Coffee. This site does not refund those payments. Cancel a membership on Buy Me a Coffee.
